The Conductor Awaits!

Our friendly dispatcher will help you board your tour quickly and comfortably, whether you have made an advance reservation or just walked up to buy a ticket at the event. When your tour is boarding, the dispatcher will call each reserved group by name starting with our Founders' Circle members and then those with advance tickets in the order their reservations were made. No food or drinks are allowed on the trolley. The Grinch Tour boards on Government Street around the corner. Follow the green lights!

Because we board from our reservation list, all you need to bring is yourself!

Need another time?

If you miss your tour, we will do our best to honor your ticket for a seat on the next available trolley on the same evening only. Walk-up seating may take some time.

We're here to help

If your party includes a guest who needs assistance, please let us know 2 days in advance so that we can be sure boarding goes as smoothly as possible.
